- 3 days visual inspection to be offered to buyer.
- 60 days quality guarantee to be offered to buyer.
- Any problem pls pointed out within the guarantee days. |

- If buyer complain the part¡¯s failure, buyer should provide the formal testing report authorized by authoritative organization.
- If RMA requested but without quality problem, GTZ observe the right of offer RMA. Or for any exception, will be settled through the negotiation on both buyer and seller. GTZ observe the right to test the parts in domestics too.
- If buyer needs replacement, buyer should have proper claim about the reason. If both agreed, GTZ will offer replacement according to buyer¡¯s requirement, and buyer should return previous shipment to seller. If no replacement to be offered,GTZ will accept return of the previous shipment and refund if payment made already.
- If both party agreed on return, GTZ will stand the shipping fee for back, meantime buyer stand the shipping fee from China to their warehouse.
- Very important: GTZ have pic records for each shipment.When buyer return parts,pls double check and keep them in good condition.If the returned parts are without informed GTZ in advance,or had man-made damaged, or missing parts, or not the original parts which seller shipped, then the return shipment will be rejected and buyer should stand all the losing!
